History

1. As of January 2018, Wilayah: The International Journal of East Asian Studies is published digitally through its official portal: ijeas.um.edu.my.

2.  Starting from 2021, Wilayah: The International Journal of East Asian Studies is published in March every year (Previous volume published in every December).

3. Effective year of 2025, we have transitioned our official citation format from footnotes to APA Style (7th Edition). All future manuscripts should utilize in-text citations (Author, Year) and a comprehensive Reference list at the end of the document.
